Post subject:  Open afternoon for Ruth organ

This Sunday afternoon (13th December) we will be playing the 78 keyless Ruth organ which we have just rebuilt in the workshop at Rufforth, York. This will be an opportunity for those interested to see and hear the organ before it returns to its owner's private collection in the USA. The organ was supplied new in 1909 to America and was converted to paper roll operation many years ago. The organ now plays once again on its original Ruth scale and cardboard books.
Anyone intersted should first contact either Andrew or myself at work tomorrow on 01904 738309 or send me an email for times and directions etc.
Best wishes,
Russell Wattam
