Hi folks.

Just noticed the listing of a "De Cap 124 Key Fairground Organ" in the Scarborough Fair/Graham Atkinson section on the exhibits listings for Pickering Steam Rally this year. Just wondered what instrument this is.

Perhaps it is that well known model of organ, the De Cap "Typo"?

All the best.

Maybe it's on MIDI. ;-)

This organ isn't listed on the web site yet by the looks of things:

http://www.scarboroughfaircollection.co ... cal-organs

I wonder if they've made a mistake and they actually mean "Rhapsody" - the new organ owned by Willem Kelders? Isn't it 128-key?

Well whichever organ it is, it'll now be standing in a big field on the outskirts of Pickering, and tomorrow, according to what I've seen on the weather forecast, unfortunately there's a strong chance of it getting a bit wet! :rain2:

Thanks for the replies. A De Cap Typo it was then!

Looking forward to a day at Driffield tomorrow - hope the rain holds off.
