This is an amazing documentary article featuring interviews with George Cushing & Victor Chiappa. We also see Victor's daughter, Albert Chiappa & Mrs. Cocchi. We see the Marenghi with the xylophone working, although you can't hear it. The Marenghi plays well. We also see parts of the Chiappa works.

Dick Joice gave me an attendance plaque for taking my classic car to the 'Museum of Entertainment' rally in 1989!

Priceless!

Hi Rob.

That is a superb piece of historical footage with some very interesting sequences...the lady on the punching machine was working so fast, it looked as if the footage had been speeded up!

There is other interesting archive footage on that film archive, although I didn't find any more on fairorgans, but there are a couple of cinema organ documentaries, one of which is:

Some on steam threshing:

A 1932 promotion for a car dealer in Cambridge:

Just do a search from the site menus and see what you can find!
