This video is for the kind folk that as asked me what software I use and would recommend for testing midi files for use on a pipe organ. You can download this software from http://www.virtualorgan.com/default.asp?page=72 Ok my friends on to my mini MIDI file player. The MIDI player. Forgot to demo directories. I use the < > to find the directory, push menu up key to enter the directory to exit a directory menu down key It also has the 16 channel bar graph but again I didn’t have time to demo. Next I will probably demo the hand crank side of things. |

Thanks for sharing the info with us Phil.It certainly seems to work fine. I am sure a lot of members will be spurred on to have a go with the Midi Player after seeing your success. I can endorse the Miditzer Theatre Organ software I have used it for a few years now and get some pleasing results with it. At the moment I am trying to master Hauptwerk which uses actual sound samples . You may have listened to the files that Roland from Holland has put on here using Hauptwerk ,they simulate a fair organ perfectly and I hope to master it some day.in the meantime it keeps me off the streets Kind Regards George |
