Phil it doesn't matter what waveform you feed into an electrolysis cell you will never achieve 100% efficiency, never mind the 5200% you claim.
No amount of wishful thinking will change this, in fact you won't even match the best commercial processes as these use extreme temperatures and pressures that you won't be able to reproduce .

On the subject of "Energy for nothing", wasn't there a chap somewhere in the UK who fitted his house with all sorts of antennae & was able to get "free" electricity from these? The main problem as I recall was that none of his neighbours could receive tv or radio stations & shopped him to the authorities. Maybe he was trying to copy Tesla's "energy from the ether".
We all know that you are quite mad Phil, but we really want you to succeed as well. I would hope that if you require any parts made, or other assistance, you would post them on here & get any help we can give, as well as encouragement. There shouldn't be words such as "can't" & "won't" in ouy vocabulary. If you don't want to post directly, then send e-mails.
When you get it working, the powers that be will just raise road tax for water-powered vehicles. Simples! Just don't tell them. Remember, it is easier to get forgiveness than permission.

Just for all that have emailed me asking how the car and have you had time to go over it yet:

Replacing every part of the brake system:
Ordered all new wheel cylinders 6 in total.
Ordered new master brake cylinders.
Ordered 3 new flexi hoses.
Have the rest of the system in stock drums piping and so on.

Just arrived:
5 brand new steel wheels and tyres and they look identical.
As old wheels was not up to scratch.

Not bothered trying to get it started yet.

Looking for new front seats something more up to date with headrests,

For all that have asked about this project. Unfortunately after 30 years with her indoors I’ve moved on and have been in Skegness for over 4 years. I’ve quite recently had to sell the car as our house is up for sale and I don’t have any room for it. Now im sort of getting my head sorted im just getting back to organs and alike but hard going. Anyways I’ve been working on the HHO system perfecting it, had a generator running for some time now providing electricity for my unit but not solely on HHO but around 68%. Hope you all doing well.

Hello Phil,
Sorry to hear of your troubles, but glad you are getting things back together.
There is an old saying that goes:
"The person who says it can't be done should never interrupt the person doing it."
Isn't it amazing how so many people will tell you that something can't work because of the laws of physics?
Who wrote these laws?
Keep the faith & best wishes.
Herbie Mitchell
